Hi Everyone,

I'm from London. I have been getting increasingly infuriated over my astronomical bank charges and bank: Lloyds TSB.

I want to recover over 350 pounds of unfair charges for being overdrawn for a maximum of 20 pound and a minimum of 2. The amounts looks so unfair. I agree to being penalised but that much seems very unfair. Being charged 6 pounds a day for being overdrawn by 2 pounds is RIDICULOUS!

Also, I hate my bank with a passion. I have never had so many troubles with a bank before. They take my money as they will, and they are time consuming. I want to pay back my credit card and leave this bank.

Anyway. I am glad to have found a place where I can vent my frustration with others. :D Makes me feel less alone to see I am not the only one in this position.

Lloyds manages to infuriate me every months.

I hate them with a passion.

Also, they deal with their bloody computer systems. Everytime I get the answer: it gets taken automatically... Blablabla! PEOPLE ARE NOT COMPUTERS! I AM NOT A COMPUTER! I dont care! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

The Milking Cow has had enough of banks getting the milk, the cream, the butter and the money of the butter!:evil::evil:

thank you! thank you! thank you! thank you!!! :)

I am reading the 1st thread you sent me and that is already helping a lot! I have saved it to my favorites and I will read it all meticulously. I will print my statement since I have been banking with them and see how much I have really paid in charges since then. I bet it is much more than I thought!

In the meantime.... I really hate Lloyds and was wondering if I can have another bank account elsewhere. If so, which is the best bank to deal with?

Here is a list of what the other banks offer. If you are still getting charged and money taken out of your account, then yes, get another account asap.

It is a strange feeling searching for charges when you are about to claim them back, as for the first time, you WANT to see the word charge on your statements! :D

I will also move this thread over to the Lloyds thread. More people will pop in and help in there. ;)
