Aside from the fact these lot don't seem to be able to actually read a Particulars of Claim to save their life - asking how interest and the claim sum was calculated, when it's clearly stated on the PoC..

Has anyone got an email address handy for their Brighton office? I'm sending my reply to their first letter today by recorded delivery, but thought I'd 'belt and braces' it by firing across a quick email. Would hopefully make for a quicker resolution too.

Hi there

Or you might just find that you can send a fax through your computer. I do this all the time. Accessories-Communications-Fax. I don't know a whole lot about computers so it may not be the same for everyone and if not, apologies. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion, I don't have a modem installed in this PC so it won't work for me. I binned my fax machine after the rabbit chewed through the cable (and the mains cable, sky cables, phone lines, et al) and haven't really needed it since :)

Believe from another post and a google search that SC&M all have First name.lastname@ltsbasset.co.uk adresses so just need to find the name of the relevant person

Ta Nic. Curiouser and curiouser, ltsbasset.co.uk is registered to Lloyds TSB Bank plc. Is SC&M owned by LTSB then? :)
