During recent investigations I have found that GE leave out a lot of usefull information when you do an SAR on them..

If you had ppi you may need to SAR GE Financial Services Ltd or other insurance policies.

To fully investigate loan agreements ie commissions brokers fees you also have to SAR the GE solicitors involved..... in my case "Bernard Elliston and Sandler" and "Simply Law"..... addresses all Malvern House ...

But you will unearth important docs by spreading your SAR's...

It is all part of the "GE many names ruse" to make getting claim info like nailing custard to a wall.

My sar to elliston showed payments of £1207 commission not declared on the loan agreement and that did not show on any other SAR's.

I know it costs £10 a throw for SAR but this is how to really expose their skullduggery.

It also provides evidence for complaints to the solicitors regulatory aouthority and the law society where behaviour has been unreasonable/illegal.

Hope this helps

I have no legal expertise....
