I still fail to see how they can justify £12 for an automated process and would like to see how that is calculated, especially as it seems to be a figure plucked out of the air by the OFT. It is amazing how they suddenly find that is what it costs them. :evil: The choice is yours but I would have accepted it as part payment without accepting any restrictions from them and pursued the rest through the court.

 

If that is right for you then fine. At least you haven't got any more hassle, and there is something to be said for that.
