i have 2 accounts with halifax and have requested the two lots of statements. now im trying to fill in the excel sheet . do i keep the two accounts seperate ? treat them as seperate claims or as it with the same bank and even same branch does it get lumped into together ?

I would definately create 2 spreadsheets, one for each account.

 

There is no reason you can't combine both accounts into a single claim though (presuming you stay under the £5000 limit). You will need to edit the Prelim letter and LBA slightly to state details of both accounts.

HBOS Plc - £9,954.65 Received partial settlement - Court 6/12/06 default removal / compensation / declaration

MBNA - Settled in full £2,377.33

Abbey National - MoneyClaim filed 26/06/2006 £883.90

Lloyds TSB - Claim Filed 11/08/2006 £2,630.00

Egg.com - Claim Filed 11/08/2006 £1,393.60

GE Money - Claim Filed 11/08/2006 £965.22
