I reclaimed my charges back last year from Abbey total of over £6000. It was quite easy actually, sent them a letter, wrote to FOS and got paid, no fuss no hassle and they didn't even close my account. BUT I have since incurred more charges and was wondering if I can and should start the process of reclaiming them? Problem is I've tried to get another basic account with NatWest and can't! They refused me! SO do i risk reclaiming and having this account closed. Has anyone else been in this situation?
