does anybody know what happens wen you have contacted a company and waited for the 14 day reply but no luck.

this happened to me on various cases -

talk talk over charges - still no reply (june)

orange - incorrect bill with added charges(dec)

and various debt companies

Hi Little Star,

 

I have had lots of issues regarding a lack of response one of them being talk.talk who were an absolute nightmare!!!!! So much so I had to get trading standards to deal with my issue.

The next step you need to implement is by sending a 7 day letter to these companies and see what happens.

 

May I ask what your issues are regarding the companies your having problems with? My reason for asking this is that it may gain you a bit of clout if you quote in your letters which consumer law protects you e.g. supply of goods & services act or sales of goods act etc.

 

 

I would also recommend looking at the link I posted with this as it might help you understand your rights better, and has letter templates along with other informative info for the consumer on how to make a complaint!
