All,

I have been up before this one as well and he totaly cock my case up costing me money to appeal and then having it granted and now frighting to get the money back.

Where do they get this people from?

I had a case where the solcitor was claiming for letters and phone calls to me and the court, when I went to the hearing the court never heard of him or had any letters yet he claimed over £3,000 in charges.

I said up yours send me copies to which he did not but issued a claim while I was away some one inform the court I was away and that the defence was 'I needed copies of the letters and times of phone calls and to whom so I can check them

What did the d/judge do! as never party attended the court judgement in fravour of claimant how come??? up to this date no one can answer

so don't trust any court.

Ok, but is there any avenue to pursue like OFT on this as surely a creditor cannot get away with this sort of behaviour?
