I requested the details, under the DPA, of my account for the last six years via my email contact when I was logged into my online account and advised that the payment be taken from the account.

Received an automated email detailing that my initial email will be dealt with within 48hrs.

I now save these emails into my 'bank charges' file and I will keep you informed if I receive a quick response, HA HA :grin:
