  1. I recently posted an Item with parcelhero. Went thought the normal process, entered weights into the website etc. Collected and delivered by UPS. A week later I received an email- A massive difference. I emailed to say I'm appealing, and they replied asking for evidence of the parcel size. I don't have any now its shipped and delivered (a week before contacting me). The part Is a little worrying, but I paid through papal so they have just issued an invoice. What can I do? If I dont pay, can they issue a default or pass this on to a DCA?
  2. Hey, A bit of background: After I hit 80 kg (176 lbs) [btw I'm 1.78cm] I decided to start exercising. I found a nice dumbbell + PU + crunches plan and will try to stick to it. Before that I was on keto (when loosing weight) or on a low carb diet (loosing slower/ maintaining). Now my question: Are there any reasons to stay on low carb when trying go build muscles? Are there any downsides on a low carb diet? From what I understand It probably doesn't matter as long as I get enough protein, but I want to make sure I didn't miss anything. Thanks for helping out
  3. Hi guys..I'm 24 and so fat I weight 12.5 stones. i've tried diets, cutting chocs, fizzy drinks etc out my diet completely. Exercises everything and its all failed. I've started now thinking it's my form/technique when exercising and that i'm joining a gym. I've bought a few supplements from holland and barrett and once again cut out all choc/fizzy drinks from my diet. starting drinking or trying to drink i should say 8 glasses of water too a day. Now my diet consists of meats, fruit, activia, pasta sauces, pasta, (brown), brown bread, ham, veg- lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes. Eggs+ cheese. Mayo+ tuna. Is joining a gym the best thing for me to do? Its my belly mainly I want to lose but i've been to experts who say am kidding myself if i'll lose it in 6 months.

  5. i understand the nations problem with weight and how to lose it, but what about those that need help gaining it? weight is a sensitive issue in that it makes one become self conscious just by a mention of the word. i believe alot more needs to be done on raising awareness for people suffering on both ends of the scale. i, for one have realized and accepted i will never look like the bloke on tv, nor who i want to (which is surprisingly like the bloke on tv), but where do i go from here? tips on how to gain weight are most welcome.
