  1. Hello everyone. I am new here so if this has already been covered sorry. I took out an instalment loan over 9 months for £300 in May with true blue loans. Because I did not have any money left I was unable to pay them the first loan amount. OK so I ignored them and now they are saying that they are taking legal action to get the money back. They are saying that because I completed an affordability calculator saying that I could afford the repayments that I have lied when applying (I did lie, but doesn't everyone?) so they are going to use the fact that I lied and claim I made a fraud application. Do they have a leg to stand on? Will they really take me to court? Any tips? Thanks!
