  1. Hi Guys hoping you can help me in some way. Ive returned home today from a week away and had 2 letters from dcbl one is a notice of debt assignment saying I have an overdue amount for £180.00 due to new generation parking management and has now been assigned to dcbl certificated bailiffs & high court enforcement to recover. the second is a notice of enforcement saying I now owe £340.00 and if I dont pay or agree a payment arrangement by the 7th November 2015 they will visit and charge me an additional £265.00. I had completely forgotten about this ticket, at the time I had it I was advised by family and friends to just ignore it. What do I do now, any advice? ticket was dated 29/03/2014 according to enforcement details
  2. Afternoon! Really really hoping you guys can offer some advice. I have received a claim form from Northampton County Court Business Centre, SUM is for 664 inclusinve of costs. I have parked in a private "wasteland" car park, tucked away on the side of a building, subsequent to this i did receive PCN's however took local advice and one even from a police office to simply ignore. Having ignored these (first dated 03/10/2014) I have today received the claim letter along with a letter from the solicitors detailing the particlulars of claim. I wouild like to defend this case given that my job would be put in substantial jeapordy should this be awarded against me (work in financial services) Any advice - PLEASE!
  3. Hi guys, advice on a fine from the famous NGP / Roxburghe crew please. I have had some dealings with these in the past, NGP have tried to fine me 3/4 down the years which i have either ignored or complained about - one of which was on a company private parking owned by my best friend! He told me he had no idea who they were which i relayed back to them and it went away. Another time i was parked somewhere for about 20 minutes and had a photo fine through, i asked them to date stamp these and they again it went away. And another occasion I knew i was playing away some 30 miles away in a football match! The last correspondence for any of this was me writing them an email on 17/03/13 kicking off about all of the attempts above and asked for significant proof. I never had a reply. However one of these has come back to me today via post. Roxburghe have issued me a letter stating i owe a fine of £160 for an over exceeded stay. They have not provided me with any other details than the PCN Number and date of offence - 07/09/13. How do I move forward with this as i'm sick of these attempts to try and con me out of money? Thanks guys!
