I wonder if anyone else here has had occasion to buy BMW navigation DVDs online from naviupdates.co.uk? His site advertises with '100% satisfaction or your money back'. However, reality is that if the product doesn't work, it is your fault and no refund is available. Since the sums are relatively small, £29.99 in my case, it slips under the cover offered by the Credit card issuer. I have to be fair: the vendor sent three different DVDs before I finally asked for a refund. I would be very interested in any suggestions of how I could get satisfaction? -
I've used this site some time ago but I just cannot find my way around it. I'm wanting to post a thread to get some advice about substantial charges I incurred on a secured loan. Where is the best place to post this and how do I do it. If someone could help I'd be so grateful

Trying to post my first thread. The into says use welcome page first - so I type out a thread. A message then appears saying don't ask questions on this page. So I search for somewhere else to leave a new thread - and I can't find anywhere! No buttons to click, no instructions to follow. So I'll just go back to the beginning and post where I'm not supposed to because there are no arrows to guide me anywhere else!
