  1. ive just received a judgement for claimant from mkdp llp its for £8399 this is a debt from i presume a credit card which was through my ex wifes address and was kept from me now ive recieved this any advice please as i dont have the money to pay this
  2. I received my claim form from Northampton CC on June 28th. I submitted by acknowledgement of service on the 2nd July and sent my CPR 31.14 request to MKDP LLP on the same date. Got a letter back on the 9th from MKDP to say they did not have the agreement or the DN mentioned in the particulars but would request them from Barclaycard and they would extend the time to submit the defence to the 3rd September, they said they would inform the court as well. So I contacted the court a week later to confirm they had received the letter but they told me they were 2 weeks behind with the post, they also told me that the claimant MKDP would need to make the next move anyway and if they did nothing they claim would be stayed. I have today received a summary judgement from the court to say they found in favour of MKDP as I did not complete my claim. I have phoned the court and they confirmed the request for summary judgement came with a load of other claims and no mention of the extra time being allowed from MKDP. What are my next steps? Thanks
