  1. Quick question, been awarded enhanced rate mobility on my PIP, was informed that as well as free RFL, I can also have a ''C'' added to my bus pass. (so a companion can travel with me for free also) Went to my LA to be told that ''You do know that you can only use it with a companion and not on your own?'' Actually no, I didn't know, and it was the first time I'd ever heard of it! So, I'm calling her bluff, and wondered if anyone knows the real answer, or where I could possibly get the answer from....please, pretty please. TIA.. BB
  2. I picked up the attached reports about a jobcentre manager trying to stop a claimant being accompanied at an interview from the WDTK site, and wondered whether anyone had any experience of this type of disgraceful behaviour themselves:- http://edinburghagainstpoverty.org.uk/ (27 02 2014) or, http://freepdfhosting.com/344a9e2b3f.pdf
  3. Help. I have raised and informal grievance with my company and got no where. I have now raised a formal grievance and am waiting for a date from my employer. I really do not want to go alone. I cannot take another employee as it is only a small office (though part of a bigger company) and the grievance is over a change in my contract that I know my colleagues have accepted. I do not belong to a union. I understand from online research that I have one other option. A trade union rep not working but still authorised to their standard. I have spoken to one union and they cannot help. Anyone any ideas how to find one of these independent reps.
