Well you should get the SARs posted asap and then hopefully you will have your statements when it's time to move onto the next ones.

Thank god for that. Yes I got judgement on it...they have credited half of it back to my card but not all yet....they are a nightmare to get the money off.... I have also requested a warrant of execution to send the bailiffs in for BoS CC but not heard back from the court yet....fingers crossed I will get it!

nope cos you dont post it until the 15th...or make sure you fill it in on the 15th and post it the same day. Just update your spready date to the 15th and then add the extra interest onto the judgement. Up to you how you do it but make sure you post it off asap (on or after 15th) cos if they enter a defence after you have sent judgement (after 15th) they will have to apply for a set aside to allow the defence to be entered late...whereas if you didnt post your judgement until 25th June and they received the defence on 24th...the court would more than likely allow the defence as received before your judgement...does that make sense? I know what I mean in my head lol
