I've started the process already but hit the stage of deciding to accept an offer or go to court. My dilemma is the Halifax/bank of scotland has offered me £650 I'm entitled to £1200. My understanding is that halifax is based in scotland and I can only claim £750 in scottish small claims court. Is it worth going to court or should I just take the money.
