hi, I sent a letter to my local branch of yorkshire bank in regards to my statements. They charged me £10 straight away which i wasnt surprized. So i waited a week then it was 2 weeks. I got intouch with them and they said that they had up to 40 days to send the statements. I wasnt happy but hey the wait would be worth it. Today they have sent me a letter stateing that even though the 40days is nearly up. They still dont know when the can send me my statements. My hubby Grizzley bear recieved 3 lots of statements from his bank when it asked for them withing 2 weeks aswell. I really do not know what to do next. How do i write to the commisioner to complain can anyon help thanks

Just a quick question really How do you add the interest to the amount claiming back, and do i have to deduct anything from the charges set ie they charged me 38 pounds and it should of been 12 do i deduct the 12 from the 38 on each item thanks grizzley also hi to everyone and good luck:eek:

Well today ive taken my first steps in taking on the Mighty Natwest. I have requested my 6 years worth of statements which cost me a fiver. which is nothing compared to them ripping me off this week. You wouldnt believe that in two days they have charged me £162.00 in returned direct debits. The annoying thing is i cancelled them online a day before so i wouldnt get charged but even having an online facility which i thought was immediate it still takes 1 full day to process the request. Anyways they have made another enemy lol good luck to everyone and i will keep you all up to date on how i get on:D

i have just phoned o8456002803 and asked for all my bank statements since i joined natwest. They have charged me a fiver for this but hey it will be worth it
