i had some charges for 25.00 on a citi card and wrote askin for them back,they have replied with an offer of the differance from 12.00 t 25.00 about 240.00 differance shall i accept or go to small claims?any advice welcomed please? or send them another letter?

i sent prelim letter to tesco about c c charge,and have also sent lba,just had a reply for lba saying because i hadnt signed the letter they wont look at it,i had printed my name on it,do i need to sign it?

i wrote and asked for it back,and i have all the statements the ammout of ppi is correct but i cant seem to work out the compound interest,i didnt send them an ammount i wanted back ,just a letter asking for a refund

its just a figure there are no interest rates on it,676.15 in premium,127.48 in interest and 385.26 at 8%

im even more confused now ive tried to do it on a spreadsheet but im too thick,in the letter they have sent me they ask for me to accept there offer and sign there form,this leads me to think i may get more from them?or am i reading too much into it?

ive had a offer on my tesco credit card for a refund of ppi,plus interest at credit card rate and interest at 8%,i cant work out if this is correct,should i just accept it?

i have requested a copy of a credit card agreement but the company does not have one,and i have requested a refund of ppi on it but they are saying i signed for it and ticked the box,how they know is beyond me if they dont have the agreement,they say final response

thanks for the reply,what they said was. our online sales process.. does not require you to take ppi as a condition does not provide an advisory service require me to positively confirm that i wanted the ppi on the application provided full terms and con. that i read (it says)

i contacted egg about my ppi,and they have told me because i took it out online it was my desicion to buy it,so can i not claim it back?

when i sent the letter in dispute to them,they sent me a long winded letter tellin me they didnt accept it.
