Hi little help sent out the wrong lba a few weeks ago realised my mistake and sent the right one for were i am in my claim my fault was havin a bad day when i sent it out and am now at the stage were i need to file my n1 on friday waited all the right time so am ok on that count but if it goes to court can they throw it out because of my mistake worried now because can't really afford to claim so have to make sure this is ok many thenks any help would be gratefully received and now double check everything before i send cheers mikey

Hi Ros thanks for the advice good luck with your claim i have got to wait till next friday and then am going to file a N1 got the standard letter off A L yesterday basically they think there charges are right so go away hope you win and good luck to all

good luck have you gone through moneysave or local court am in the same position as you and will have to file next friday if i don't hear anything

Hi received the standard letters to say nothing doing so waited 14 days and sent off my lba scared of the filing with court any advice on were to read up thanks mikey

Hi ros at same stage as you received the no can do letter on tuesday do you not have to wait the 14 days after you file your prelim letter if they reply to you early cheers pricey

Hi sent my request for charges on the same day as you they say 40 days only started from1st december but rang again got through to someone who said same as you will receive in 7 days so here's hoping think a & l are trying to p*** me off into givin up but good luck to you and lets keep watching for the postman:cool:

Hi am with the halifax just about to send letter right of appropriation and added social security act clause 187 to it, just wonderin if i can claim all previous bank charges against my account that have been taken from my workin family tax and child benefit what would you say in the letter to try and get them back?

hi just sent my letter to the halifax requesting my statements so just sitting back and reading as much as i can for now, would be a liar if i said not a little scared but sick of being screwed out of my money by the halifax feel like i was seeing the end of a tunnell and then they gave me a new lot of charges this week so the worm has turned good luck to all and hope i can get my money back.

Hi thanks for the wuick reply just been reading some threads and the a&l tend to close accounts when you claim any advice on a bank that would take someone on with crap credit rating but needs bank account for a direct debit to do with work as i am self employed and need to pay my insurance through dd cheers mikey
