Have just sent e-mail to financial ombudsman. Am in the process of working on letters to Lloyds TSB for both business and personal accounts

I've just registered for the site and will take a couple of days to digest all the information before I do anything. One question I have is this. As well as the unauthorised charges made am I allowed to claim the unauthorised interest charge or is that a legitimate bank expense?
