  3. Well done!! Like Dolly said, the kind of time scale we've had lately has been around a week after claiming! We've all been through the stage of thinking that its all going to stop when it gets to our claim but keep checking that balance! I'm sure you'll be fine! Lots of us have been paid in full this month! You will be joining us soon
  4. Well done for filing your claim! You are claiming about the same amount as I did and I was paid in full within 7 days of filing my claim! So far Nationwide have been very nice to me about it and no sign of account closure but we'll see!! You are going to be £1600 the richer in a matter of days! Its a frustrating and worrying time but you'll be fine!!
  5. Does anyone know how to change the title of my thread? I know when I started out I was looking for threads from people who'd been paid in full and I'd like to have that included in the title so others can see that people ARE getting results
  6. I recieved my statements within 3 days. I took a little longer over getting my LBA out after my preliminary...which held things up for me but after I filed my moneyclaim I was settled in full + pending charges within a week!!!
  7. Have you access to the internet? The moneyclaim website is the easiest way to do it. You will need to make a card payment though.
  8. Just signed in to let you all know that I had a very nice letter this morning from Charles Bacon's team, informing me that as per my request I have now been refunded the amount + £90 of pending fees!! No mention of account closure at all! Just a "here's your money, have a nice day" letter
  9. Hi, The first stages took a bit longer than normal but that was because of family ties and not having time. From the moneyclaim stage though I filed on the 27th and it was acknowledged on the 30th. Then it was the weekend but my money was in my account in full by the 4th. So about 7-8 days from the claim!
  10. I did do mine online and I filed it last Tuesday. To be honest I'm not sure what the court would have been able to tell me if done by post. All that happened was that Nationwide acknowledged my claim on Friday. The money went in today! It may be that processing times for informing you of this by mail takes longer? Keep checking your account! I believe you'll have your money by the end of the week at the latest!!
  11. Just to let you know, we were at roughly the same stage (I think I was slightly ahead of you?) and today I won all of my money back!!!!! You are almost there! Its an amazing feeling when you win! Sit tight!!!!!!! woooohoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
  12. YIPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I am pleased to announce that the princely sum of £1595 in total has been added to my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's £100 more than the total amount claimed I have never sobbed when looking at such a positive bank balance before! Questionaire filled in and donation sent! Could someone change my thread title to show that I have been settled in full, and then some Thank you guys all so so so much. I know on deal or no deal it would be considered a small amount but to me its life changing! *off to go and dance around waving my print out statement once more*
  13. I just added it up and my Interest and court fees come to 295 but the amount credited was £317.69. I'm not sure why it would say credit by cash as nobody would be crediting my account with cash that I know of. I thought it would appear as "correction" when I got the refund. Stranger and stranger!
  14. Interesting! A "credit by cash" of £317.69 was placed in my account today! I check online banking which still works! I think that may equal the amount of interest and the court fee's. I have to go and total it up. Does this sound familiar to anyone else? I mean a small amount going in a day before the whole amount?
  15. OOOOH its been acknowledged! No payments in my bamk as yet though! I'll keep checking!!! Watch this space!
