Just got a FULL offer from DG Solisitors for a total of £1022.58 , just one final question - in the letter it says I got to keep the payment confidential, should I sign it and send it away? or can I cross out that and then send it away? How long should it take for my money to be in my bank now? yeah I know thats 2 questions!!!

Dont worry! seriously tho if you are that worried then DONT claim. There is always a chance that the MIGHT defend it court. but just remember - They ARE IN THE WRONG. why would they pay out if it was all legal? And the banks have not taken ANYONE to court yet

My AQ date s the 16th of January, Yes I have sent DG a breakdown of charges but have not heard ANYTHING AT ALL from them, I havnt rang them either, would this help if i did? from what I have read, everyones gets defended - they are trying to scare you into either giving up, or excepting there first offer. they have just offered me half, and I would have excepted it but its gone too far now and I hae added interest .. All I got to do now s sit back and wait!

just got a letter today offering me £690 from 771.75. what im going to do is accept the offer, but only as part payment, am I right in thinking that if I do this I will get £690 in a week?? . forgot to mention that im now pursuing £1000 after ive added interest
