Me an my husband got a car on hp in 2004. we had just over a year left to pay when someone ran into our car an it has now been written off.What we get will still leave us with money to pay to the car finance company. Having looked over our hp agreement there is a discrepancy with the amount we should have been paying an what we have been paying. Would like to find a template to do with asking them to provide a accurate,cost of car - deposit +credit . Also have varying dates on documents. Where can i find the template letter to provide us the original signed hp agrement. Can you send this letter to ny company you have credit with ?

  4. have got all statements for both accounts, have only gone through one account and should be just enough to cleare the balance on the overdraft on the account which would be nice. sending our letter requesting payment of charges in the morning hope all goes well.
  5. i know the currrent overdraft interest rate for clydesdale bank scotland is for unothrised 29.25% for authorised 8.56% ? think this right. account opened in 2001 trying to find the to rates for then to figure a happy medium of interest to charge them on my charges.
  6. Am Confused We Thought First 8 Percent Was Standard But After Reading This I Understand It Can Be Or Can Be The Rate Your Bank Charged You On The Various Charges Is That Right. An Second Judical Rate Of 8 Percent Is Too Be Added Straight On Or Only If It Goes Too Court ? Also We Are Clydesdale Scotland Where Can I Find What Rate They Chaged Us In Intrest On Our Charges On Our Overdraft Account Just A Bog Standard Acc
  7. The account was just a standard o/draft account no special features or enything else. But if the £8.50 / £15.00 charges are legal then would the be likley not 2 pay up if we were 2 include them.
  8. We are with the clydesdale bank scotland and it is an overdrarft account. Along with our standard charges of £33.00 per returned/recalled s/o and d/d. we were also being charged an irregular fee of £22.50 for the months that we had the £33.00 standard charges, And also on top of that a service charge of either £8.50 or £15.00. Dose someone know if we can include the irregular fees and service charges on top of the standard charges ?

  11. also have an hp aggrement for a car 43% intrest at time no other option have paid nearly 3 of our 4 years but we also have a discrepincy in the dates of some of the forms we both signed is this likley to mean that things were not done properly ?
  12. think am putting this in right place is the data protection act the same for c/cards as am hoping to try charges for a few of these. (had a few c/cards) my c/cards are being paid by debt managenent company will this make ny difference. last question is it accounts in the last 6 years ie c/cards an bank acc from 2006 to 2000. or ny that you have had ny year account as long as its not more than 6 years worth of charges you are claming ?
  13. hello there everyone am trying 2 reclaim bank charges from clydesdale bank scotland. have never really liked this bank and found they charged us as often as possibly could. sent our first letter for data protection on tuesday afternoon registered delivery.have recived a reply 2day friday 17th at 11am. just say note you feel charges have been excessive but bank was goverened by banks standard terms an conditions, note that terms an conditions complied with all relevant requirements of banking code. terms were fair with regaurt to a list of maintaing systems for unauthorised overdrafts, unpaid cheques and d/d s increased risk of loss to bank from unauthorised transactions and cost of enforcment and recovery systems. we are not prepared to refund your charges enclosed info of our internal complaint handeling procedures. pursue if you remain unsatisfied if we dont here nytrhing in 8weeks we will consider the complait closed. no mention of my £10 or of my list of charges do i wait 2 see if we recieve these b4 going nyfurther ?
  14. hello everyone been on an off the site putting our letter off to the bank in morn. its clydesdale so not expecting to here back v soon.
