Hi guys new developments here
1.CitiVisa (Associates)
Reply to SAR recieved. Further information to ascertain identity required as debt had been moved to a debt collector.Cheque returned as well. Got a rather interesting form to fill in too and have to send copies of bills and ID. Sending the information today. Hmmm
2. Barclays Bank
Agreed to send me bank statement free of charge. Cheque returned but statements to follow. They do say, however, that some information between 99-2000 is on microphiche/manually stored and will not be available. Hmmm. We will wait and see.
3. HFC
Sent the heavies to ruffle my feathers. Their debt collector has sent me a letter saying they need to review my income before I settle. I had not asked to do this only for the statements. Anyhoo, wrote them a letter clarifying that I have asked for statements and not settlement. Also, they want more money that I actually owe (coz they have not been charging interest on the debt they say). Not gonna happen. They asked for Income & expenditure evidence and I pointed them in the direction of the debt manager (the debt collector that is)...... Hmmmmmmmm. Still nothing from HFC themselves though. Another letter sent to different address.
4. RBS MINT
Resent letter 27/10/06 to MR R.H with cheque before THEIR 3 week deadline. Still waiting.....
5. Barclaycard
Nothing, Nyet, NADA, Zero, Nought, Diddley squat from them yet. Maybe today hey.....
Got a bit scared by the debt collectors demanding info from me. I do have a nice arrangemnt in which I pay off the debts without any new interest added. I have paid of 35% of the overall debt. Don't want to rock the boat as I'm doing well and am on target to finish real soon guys.
I will go ahead with them all still as I could finish earlier should I get the rebates.
