They have not Included my Interest that has accrued,I rejected offer 2 months ago as it had conditions and did not include the interest this may have been because although it was included in the wording of the claim I had left it off the total when adding up the totals so I wrote back rejecting offer saying no conditions and also wanted interest added, got letter this morning with no conditions but no interest again, what do I do,court date due Nov 1,should they have included it as it was in wording but not in total, anybody else been in this position.
-
Forgot to put in the Interest in the total being claimed but have included it in the particilars of the claim so I have sent a letter back to solicitors asking for £99 extra re Interest and not accepting any conditions that they have asked for. Well its about 6 weeks and they have still not replied to my letter above (court date November),dont know whether to give them a ring or do they have an e-mail address.

Its been 5 weeks since I refused there offer, sent back all the acceptance paperwork saying I will not agree to any conditions,I forgot to put the Interest claim on the total but it was in the wording so I have asked for that to be included as well. -
Gary Refused mine due to missing off Interest on total but was included in the wording of the claim, also refused all conditions, posted a week last friday and heard nothing yet.
-
Re spreadsheet copy to the court,I never sent one to the court only to the solicitors.
-
Dappa I actually got the settlement offer one day before I got the court date for the hearing,I am sure yours is on its way,by the way the court date was for the 1st week in November so sounds like they are very busy.
-
As Dappa says it was after the allocation ques was sent back, just over 4 weeks later got the offer, dappa re your extra claim unless its in someway in your claim,ie in the wording but you made a mistake when totalling then I think you may have to make a seperate claim, you could try ringing or e-mailing the solicitors though.Have a look at this link to a letter Bean wrote, you could try that but I am no expert. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/23772-charges-incurred-since-approach.html
