Hi alison no , resend LBA with a revised schedule of charges and wait your 14 days then if no response go to MCOL it might be worth adding copies of previous letters for their records Vicmar

the point is i did not miss the payment i paid it via cheque instead of dd due to switching banks which I NOTIFIED them about!!!

bad news today just checked credit record today and found out that ge money had black marked me for late payment even though i notified them see post 1 any suggestions i have left a comment on my credit record for further searches stating the fact it was caused due to switching banks and i post payment asap any advise greatly appreciated

just had first reject letter now waiting for 14 days to be up before posting LBA!! heres waiting

Good luck, i have just had a success against HSBC and recently filed MCOL against A&L so this is just small fry compared to them but it all counts!!

hi just received SAR pack , not much to claim £52 plus £10 SAR fee, not had much to do with creidt card claims but had good success with HSBC any advise on timescales with mint would be greatful (settlement/ difficulty) sending pre lim tomorrow heres hoping Vicmar

Hi Missed a payment due to switching banks , i phoned them to notify missed payment , they stated they would not re apply DD and i gave them the new bank details, i then sent payment with pre lim letter as in the post they sent me letter requesting payment, stating they had reset up DD but charging £15 for failed payment!! not heard dickie bird they have until 14/2/07 before LBA after reading some threads it seems GE money are a difficult company ?? any advise would be greatful Vicmar

well done on getting money from halifax half way there you are just like me i am waiting until fri to send mcol just keep your spreadsheet updated also make sure you get your offer in writing from halifax and stick to deadlines they may make offer hoping you do not go to court if they don't stick to guidlines you agreed carry on to mcol stage as they may retract offer good luck vicmar

use the excel spreadsheet in the templates by vampiress if you fill in the first page starting from the oldest dated charge and the 8% interest is automatically worked out for you good luck

if you check some other threads sometimes a letter stating that they have already repaid you admitting fault and suggest they refund charges or you will file again all you can do is try

it is probably quicker to ask for bacs transfer they told me 7 days but is was in my account (not hsbc) smilemore account in 5 , this way it is automatically cleared and you are not waiting for the cheque to clear your bank vicmar

well done caro i had my usual sod off letter this week after LBA so having to wait until week today for MCOL , so if they are paying so quick hopefully i shall have a response by end of Feb!! any way i am still celebrating my success with HSBC and i am spreading the word well. well done Vicmar

just received second rejection letter usual reply charges are fair etc just waiting until next friday 9th to file MCOL
