  3. hi, i have have reclaimed my bank charges back from the hsbc and halifax quite a while ago now ( 14 months ago ) but since then had more charges ( my fault i know ). when the banks agreed to pay out in full they also sent me a letter saying that i would'nt claim again in the future if i accumalate any more charges, as i signed the letter does this really mean that i cant claim again or is it them just scaremongering? thanx cred1

  5. hi, i have claimed my charges back on a few accounts and got all charges back from the last 6 years, can i claim back more than 6 years from the same account i have already had charges refunded from, as i can remember some of the banks said that i had to agree not to claim again on the same account? thanx cred1

    hi, yes the loan is still running, but at the moment i dont know if he opted to take it out, i will have to ask him, but yes the fee was £6075.00 ( six thousand and seventy five pounds) isnt that a lot? the loan was for £30.000

    hi thanx for the links i will print them off later and have a good read, but for now does anyone know if i can claim back from the natwest a plp premium charge ( personal loan protection)? they charged me £6.075 in one lump sum for the pleasure ( well they charged my friend as i am doing this for them). any advice will be much appreciated. thanx again cred1:)

    hi, great site i have just recived 5 years statements from the natwest, although i asked for 6, but on looking at the different charges, there are some called referal charges, can i claim these back? or can i claim anything that is stated to be a charge. thanx for any info you have keep you updated
  11. thanx for the replys... yes i followed all the right channels as i have done this quite a few times now but for myself and got paid out on them all the last things that i had to do was fill in and send back the court allocation form did that but did not send with it the fee £100 but i then got a letter saying that i hadnt sent the fee so then i went down to the court in question and paid in cash that was on the 3rd jan and the letter we got today was dated the 5th jan, the thing i cant understand is that we paid £120 court fee and £100 allocation fee but yet never got a date to attend a court hearing!....any ideas i am going to phone the court tomorrow but i thought i would post on here as well to see if anyone has been in the same situation. thanx again cred
  12. hi guys, i have been claiming the brother in laws charges back from barcleys bank and today he recived a letter from our local court titled GENERAL FORM OF JUDGMENT OR ORDER saying that the district judge sitting at the said court ... upon consideration of the court file is ordered that the claiments claim to be struck out and thats all it says, i dosent say why or anything else, does anyone know what this means as we are taking it that the case has been thrown out of court but for what reason we dont know..... please help. thanx cred
  13. hi guys, i have an old business account and credit card account with the nat west but as the account s closed how do i go about getting my statements? i sent my dpa letter on the 23rd june but all i got was a letter from them saying they cannot retrive account details without the account number any ideas? thanx
