  1. Havent been on for ages, just to say lloyds paidme up in full 10 days before my court date:D , they even added the intrest even though i hadnt asked for it, so good luck to evryone whos still trying.
  2. hello all, I filled for a decree as i had not heard from the bank after issuing my claim, however got letter back in post today from the court stating lloyds have submitted a defence, got a copy of that . It basically slags off my claim etc, and they requested that i submitt a further more detailed claim? however the court have sent me a date stating the hearing will be on 30 Nov. 1, should i have received an AQ? cause i havent, 2, will the bank or solicitor contact me before the court date? any ideas appreciated.
  3. Filed my claim on 5 Sep 06, LLoyds had untill 23 Oct 06 to respond have heard nothing so i filed for a decree yesterday. Is this normal or have most people received a reply/defence from lloyds??

  5. Good luck with your case i filed my claim on 10 sep 06 with my local court have received a court date for 23 oct, cant wait but no doubt lloyds will try to **** this up lol.
  6. I submitted my claim the old fashioned way by writing it out, may take a bit longer but at least your guarenteed of seeing what you submitt
  7. I got a letter back from capital one yesterday offering £270 as a goodwill gesture ..etc as long as i leave them alone lol, what should i send to them, as i want the full £600
  8. well after speaking with my local claims court very helpfull am going down tommorow to file the claim had to re-write some of it cause good old lloyds have charged me again this month are these people idiots. have also sent 1st letter to capital one so its all go at the moment. would love to be at my branch when scf arrives lol:)
  9. ty for replyto use the online thingy you have to have an adress in england or wales, so im just going 2 use snailmail lol. the court service have stuff in the post for me??? oh yeah, i live in ballycarry a small village between carrickfergus and larne, oh and yes it is raining!!!!
  10. thx for replythree points 1. gave 14 days for first letter and 7 days for second one. 2. N ireland is still part of the uk have been in touch with courts who are sending me the relevant info on filing the complaint its still the same claim form however i have to fill in an additional form as well. 3. Im hoping that it might make the bank less likley to fight the case as they would inccur more expense sending legal counsel to northern ireland:)

Hi have written 2 letters to lloyds (used the letters from the Govan law centre! sorry), have been fobbed off with 2 standard letters from the bank, my questions are 1: do i need to wait seven days to file as the bank said they will not be entering into any further correspondence? 2: I live and work in Northern Ireland can i pursue my claim through the courts here or do i have to use my parents address in england? any help would be appreciated:)
  12. hi, all just starting out against lloyds have sent them a 2nd letter warning of court acion within 7 days, can i use the online claim form as i live in northern ireland or do i need to fill in a small claims form. any ideas would be appreciated.
