Due to being "out of the country" again the days since my SAR was sent in has been 228 and not had 1 of 2 accounts requested, can i still go to the ICO office if after phoning the bank , they refuse to send the statements. Or am i over time limits ??

If they "attend the telephone hearing" and lose is that prelude to a test case ?

On alot of threads, people are asking how the post office can find out if their postal orders have been recieved, well go here with your recorded delivery reference number
also may help to print out your answer, if you need to rattle on the ICO 's door
Good luck;)

The letters ask for all statement, & they legally only have to keep em for 6 yrs so thats what you should get back, or when ever you opened the account. whatever is the correct one automaticly
