  1. Another reminder letter from Marlin dated 1st April, Income & Expenditure request on back of letter.
  2. Well still going on, now heading for 2 years, still not paid them one round bean, FU have not complied with OFGEM's requirements. Now hitting my head off a wall, e-mailed OFGEM 6 times, eventually phoned them, said they would forward my request to compliance department. RESULT:- FU phone house "Ombudsman told us to phone" I was not in at the time, told to phone back after 3pm, 0ver 20 days and still waiting on the return call!!!
  3. Has there been any progress with this? I am facing same scenario with this company, even after my complaint was upheld by OFGEM.

  5. Give them a ring? You're having a laugh, not if you have something planned over the next few years. This company must have the worst "Customer Services" in the UK, maybe even the world.

  8. Issue court papers under Small Claims, did the same with cap One and they fought it through initial hearing and then right up to second hearing, top Solicitors in Scotland were involved and must have cost them a fortune. Paid up in the end along with interest in restitution, one happy puppy!!!
  9. Ombudsman non commital, the points I asked for clarification were not in my original complaint. 1. Can I move once debt repayment set up.....Ombudsman:- Probably not, First Utility can retain you. 2. Will this affect my Credit reference File.......Ombudsman:- Do not know. 3. Does the "Code of Practice" apply i.e. can only back bill 12 months.....Ombudsman:- No answer. I give up.
  10. Interested where you go to complain, Ombudsman appears to be about as bad as the companies they regulate.

  12. They never returned my case back to M&S, Lowlifes are just playing letter ping pong, the 3rd DCA I may add.
  13. Well letter from lowells this weekend saying they are going to send someone round, no you ain't.
  14. Raised it once again through Ombusman, the billing is OK, their fault regarding the DD farce, awarded £300 compensation, letter of apology and put on a 24 month debt repayment plan. Now enquiring whether I can now move away, once Debt Repayment Plan set up, reply from Ombudsman will be interesting.

    Lloyds CCA

    Debt now over to Lowells, assignment letter from Lloyds also.

  18. Same as you howler, except its Lowells doing the chasing now, still no sight of a CCA,
  19. Letter today from the muppets that are Marlin asking for payment to be made to clear balance. After approaching Barclays with a LBA, the Egg debt moved off my CRA file and went to "satisfied" with the owner being Barclays. How can Marlin pursue something that is not outstanding, according to my Credit file?
  20. Getting totally fed up with Lowlifes, letters arriving weekly now, just ignoring them, you would think the difference between Storecard and Mastercard would give them a clue.
  21. Only problem is that there is 9 months difference between the last payment date and the default date, can I challenge the CRA regarding this?
  22. On checking CRA file today, the Egg/Barclays entry has disappeared, it is now listed as being "Satisfied"
