  1. Hi, can anyone advise if they have an address for the above Company.
  2. best of luck, tell Brian I wil be coming to meet him in a court near me soon.
  3. Sounds like they are wilting, only 92 per cent to go,keep going, make me happy, these people deserve all that is coming to them
  4. I had a second charge on my property via a loan with these people, received my statements but the charges dont add up I was aware of the erc in the contract. Are you /were you in a similar position as I am unsure whether my claim should be the ERC only the charges levied to the account only or a combination of both.
  5. Well done, am in the process of going after these unscrupulous beings.
  6. Well done, have just started the ball rolling in the claim against these. Gives me a good feeling as I have not read any other success stories before your one.
  7. Glenn, think I will test them with the question of revealing charges.
  8. Received a letter today, asking me WHY I feel THEY should refund the charges????? Sent them the standard 14 day letter, should I reply of just proceed to the next step??
  9. Hello, why is it a 6 month interest at the original loan amount, should it not be a 6 month interest at the redemption date of amount O/S at that time.
  10. Hello, please can someone help. Got a loan for £39090 over 300 months Interest @9.84 pa or 0.82 per month. NO missed payments. Requested settlement after 13 months. ERC @ 6 months interest. QUESTION:How do I calculate the redemption figure??? Have painstakenly attempted 3 different versions and all come in lower than figure given by the Company concerned. ANY HELP MOST APPRECIATED.
  11. Just received a redemption statement fortunately have made all payments but am going to question the amount as it is not broken down, just a lump sum,any advice of next steps to take, anyone ever had success in reclaiming ERC????
  12. Apologise if I am appearing ignorant but I had a 2nd charge loan on my property with iGroup, settled the loan but this was done with another loan(better rate) not certain if I was charged ERP,should I approach my current lender to find out how much they repaid them or contact iGroup company and request through £10 letter????? If I was charged penalty, would I not have signed to agree in contract,am I being thick or can I claim anything
