Enforced Conversion of Overdraft to Loan by Lloyds

Was not allowed to refuse insurance and it was included in the loan, which was mainly brought about by unlawful bank charges -
Has anyone out there been told by Lloyds, your overdraft is not working, you will have to take out a loan or pay it off NOW. AND did you get forced to take out phenomenal Insuance for the loan ie, £7.5K to lend £30K. Most of the overdraft was made up of unlawful bank charges going back years.
