  1. I've just tried ringing customer services and they say you have to spend £100 in store for them to consider cancelling the pcn. I've sent them an email asking for confirmation but I will sent the letter from here to smart parking. Sorry to jump on your thread
  2. Great thread, i have sent you a pm. By the way one thing they did mention to me was that this only applied to anytime 500+ contracts as i'm on anytime 400, it doesnt apply to me. thanks
  3. I kept telling them that and they want proof of owner ship of the shop. Why would we send our documents to a company we dont even know. thanks for the reply
  4. Hi, not sure if this is the correct forum Please move if not but i'm sick of arguing with these people. My partner has a business and its to do with a gas bill. The previous owners left a unpaid bill to eon i think and moved to british gas. My gf then takes over the company and moves back to eon. The business trades under the same name but the accounts are in different names and meter readings were given when this was exchanged. Can the old company chase her for the money which they are doing now and ring 3 times a day legally which they are quoting they can do. Also can i report them for harrassment if they are ringing so many times and who to, as i know if its personal debt they cant ring you indefinitely but not sure how many times many thanks will
  5. I thought it was only claims that have gone through the FSA that could be put on hold.
  6. Hi, sending off my LBA a bit late but still needs to be done. I was wondering about the bit in blue in the letter template: Furthermore, I shall submit a Consumer Credit Act 1974 complaint to the OFT upon the basis that you have failed to comply with the OFT's direction of 5 April 2006 and are therefore not a 'fit and proper person' to hold a consumer credit licence under the 1974 Act. If you do not understand what this means then seek advice from your legal department. Do i need to put that in? thanks will
  7. Do you think you can claim for banks that have merged like the midland. I know that was ages ago but just an example
  8. thanks hedgey Thats the bit i'm not sure about as when you put it in the spreadsheet you need dates but i've only got the month in each year. It doesnt look like they are sending me statements. Is this normal for credit cards. Might need to ring them to get the dates but not sure if they'll give me these over the phone
  9. Can i just send a copy of the charge sheet they sent me with the prelim letter thanks
  10. I'm about to send off my LBA as they havent responded to my Prelim letter for the current account. However i have received a charge sheet detailing all my CC charges for Mint and Natwest but they show just the month it was charged to me. Can i send this with the prelim letter as it is and what do i do about adding the 8% as it doesnt give me a set date many thanks
  11. Has anyone claimed off mint as part of their sars letter to natwest/RBS as they are part of the same group. I included this in mine but heard nothing back except from the current account side. When it hits the 40 days should i just send the chase letter as i dont know how much i should be claiming for thanks
  12. any updates on your claim? I've sent off for my claim as i assumed lowering it may be better in the long term if i can do a f&F later on
  13. Hi mate, would you be able to send me an email address to send it to many thanks
  14. thanks fendy, lot clearer now
  15. hi, so if you claim compound you can claim contractual interest as well. I cant seem to do mine right. Can i PM someone with my sheet so they can see where i've gone wrong many thanks
  16. thanks fendy, so if i dont include contractual interest, i leave the 8% bit off until it has to go to court. It just confused me when people say if you claim contractual you cant claim 8% when in court but you cant put the 8% on now on the prelim letter. I just thought if i added the interest on the prelim letter they may just offer me the charges which i'll be happy with thanks again
  17. how do you work out your overdraft interest, the spreadsheet i have only shows the 8%. sorry to seem a bit dumb sorry found the advance spreadsheet now but cant work it out, does anyone have a sample one i can have a look at to compare many thanks
  18. thanks for the help parkvale
  19. can anyone help with the sentence about interest? thanks will
  20. I'm about to send my prelim letter tomorrow but i just need clarifying on this point: What I require I calculate that you have taken £XXXXX plus £XXX which you have charged me in overdraft interest for the sum which you have taken. Total £XXXXX . I enclose a schedule of the charges which I am claiming with this letter The second lot of XXX is the interest but it says you dont include that in your schedule of charges which i'm sending with the prelim letter. Do i exclude that bit from the letter or put it in jusst the letter bit. Also do i add on the £10 i sent for the statements? is this the address to send it to: NatWest Customer Relations 225 Shenley Road Borehamwood Hertfordshire WD6 1BR many thanks
  21. good morning, the charge was from Oct 2002, i even had one for £15.71 which is a weird figure. It just says charges and nothing else on the statement
  22. I've managed to locate all the charges but some just say charges on them but not what they were for. Can i add these as well, one was for £75
  23. lol well i do have to eat alot
