no where near as many as a lot of people, but £530 will do very nicely for my xmas!!! -
just like to thank everyone for the help!sent of my lba and the 14 day period had passed,was just preparing to file the MCOL when i got a letter offering me £530. Now im only claiming £590 so think i will accept this offer as i cant really afford the ourt charges. If i do accept, will i still have a default notice on my account,as i requested this be removed?

Hi all. Been reading this site for a while and finaly got round to sending the prelim off. Ive had no reply so should i just send the LBA off? is it best to get it done by recorded delivery? also,i addressed it to the branch manager of my local branch,is this correct? any advise much appreciated. PS. i'am claiming for £590,not much compared to what some people are getting but thats a lot for me
