I rang a number I found on Google but they deny any knowledge of her or the sale cant seem to find it again though

hello I bought a sofa and chair off Facebook marketplace from a company called UK furniture kingdom and its faulty . it was cash on delivery and I was told I would be emailed a receipt which hasn't happened . the agent I bought it through on Facebook has now blocked me and is not replying to messages anymore and utk furniture kingdom are not replying to emails . the only phone number I had I rang and they are denying it's them and citizens advice won't help and company house won't give me any details even though cab said they would is there anything I can do as I'm stuck with a sofa I can't use which cost £490 which we can't afford to lose
