Can I ask- where did you get this statement from? Under GPDR do you have permission to post the solicitor’s name on here? And what is your motivation to provide all of this information? Why are you ‘helping’ and advising? Like, where did you find this thread? You’re not in the same position as any of us, it does seem a bit weird I can’t lie

I think I did read that someone got an SD but I’m not sure if it was handed to them (as dx stated before and I have done my own research- email or letter is not acceptable, it has to be physically handed) even then, anyone can print an SD form from the internet, we need to find out if it is legit once someone has one. But so far no one on these threads have, I believe we’re all at the same stage x

I see, just from a selfish perspective I like to get an email each time something is said!

I’m not sure why we need new threads all the while, it’s the same convo and it’s good to discuss with people in the same position …. Im at the one week mark, holding out to see what the SD looks like before I take any more action…
