Right okay
-
Yes I agree I’m definitely going to look into it. Can I just ask though if I tell the courts my brother had no idea I was driving the car will he be okay? The last thing I want is him getting into trouble for my stupidity
-
I’ve already asked family and my colleagues all live in the opposite direction. I could re-locate as you say
-
Thanks for all your help and advice anyway
-
Thanks for your detailed response. As long as my brother doesn’t get in trouble I’ll just accept any consequence. I will update the post when I get a letter
-
I don’t remember saying I was going to tell the courts that I would lose my job because that’s laughable. I guess I’ll quit my job and be a bum on the dole
-
Alright lads I’ll just pack my job in
-
I did consider it trust me. This is the highest paying job I’ve ever had so losing it wasn’t an option for me. I looked into public transport and there’s literally nothing
-
What would your advice be on getting to work which is 35 miles away with no public transport?
-
I’d better get a good solicitor then
-
I see what you’re saying so it’s probably worse than I thought. I will update the post when I get a letter. I’m not saying it’s right because it clearly isn’t but I work about 35 miles from my home and public transport doesn’t exist at the times I require and I didn’t want to give up my job, clearly this wasn’t the solution either… oh bo***cks
-
That car is mine it was just insured in his name
-
The car was insured just in my brothers name
-
They was going to stop me initially for doing 40 in a 30 but that’s when I decided to be an idiot and drive off
-
Yes they was chasing me at the time. I think there was another offence but I can’t remember what it was, possibly driving without care and attention
