  1. Yes I agree I’m definitely going to look into it. Can I just ask though if I tell the courts my brother had no idea I was driving the car will he be okay? The last thing I want is him getting into trouble for my stupidity
  2. I’ve already asked family and my colleagues all live in the opposite direction. I could re-locate as you say
  3. Thanks for all your help and advice anyway
  4. Thanks for your detailed response. As long as my brother doesn’t get in trouble I’ll just accept any consequence. I will update the post when I get a letter
  5. I don’t remember saying I was going to tell the courts that I would lose my job because that’s laughable. I guess I’ll quit my job and be a bum on the dole
  6. Alright lads I’ll just pack my job in
  7. I did consider it trust me. This is the highest paying job I’ve ever had so losing it wasn’t an option for me. I looked into public transport and there’s literally nothing
  8. What would your advice be on getting to work which is 35 miles away with no public transport?
  9. I’d better get a good solicitor then
  10. I see what you’re saying so it’s probably worse than I thought. I will update the post when I get a letter. I’m not saying it’s right because it clearly isn’t but I work about 35 miles from my home and public transport doesn’t exist at the times I require and I didn’t want to give up my job, clearly this wasn’t the solution either… oh bo***cks
  11. That car is mine it was just insured in his name
  12. The car was insured just in my brothers name
  13. They was going to stop me initially for doing 40 in a 30 but that’s when I decided to be an idiot and drive off
  14. Yes they was chasing me at the time. I think there was another offence but I can’t remember what it was, possibly driving without care and attention
