so JS Management and Consultancy Services Ltd changed their name to CPS UK and are still active but its complete parking services limited who are dissolved are at the bottom of the contract and signed it ? headache indeed

So I will write a letter to them then. Shall I mention that hull city council have confirmed there has been no planning application made? Is it worth mentioning the bad signage as well etc?

I was thinking of contacting Ferensway hotels Ltd to tell them about the lack of planning permission however I can't seem to find any contact details about them. When I was originally looking for planning permission I called FR Scott to ask if they knew who owned the land and they didn't know, neither did the managers of the Hilton hotel.

I sent off the questionnaires to the court. Received a letter today saying the claim has been transferred to my local court

It has been a complete mess from the start and totally learnt my lesson about these car parks. Hopefully a judge sees it that way as well.

I can't find much on Ferensway hotels LTD. The contract says it can be terminated on the 12th of September 2019. I wonder if they've still got the contract with them? Since it appears to be old

I have been reading a good few court claims where Gladstone's have lost. So that's given me a little confidence though!

I will send another friendly email. They seem fairly helpful. If they haven't got planning permission to be there or to have it as a car park, surely they can't issue PCNs or take people to court?

Cheers dx. Do the court send me the forms? Or is it best to print the one in the link you've posted. I don't have a printer that's all so will have to find someone with a printer if not. Also does this mean they're definitely going ahead with court and not dropping it

MCOL has now been updated to DQ sent today and DQ filed by claimant.

Thanks dx Had an email as well from Hull council telling me if I check back in a couple of weeks with them they'll be able to tell me about the enforcement teams progress.

Do any of you guys know any other way to possibly get the contract between landowner and CPS? Gladstones refused to let me see it but just wondering if there is any other way to go about seeing it?

Hi guys. I emailed hull city council regarding the planning permission/applictation for the site to be a car park and for the signs. Got this back today via email : I refer to your email below. There does not appear to be a planning application for the land you have indicated. I will forward your email to our Enforcement team to investigate. Regards
