  4. Hi shall I post what I have from Moriarty Law as I have 2 final demands from back in August??
  5. Hi As requested I have opened a new topic of a final demand from Moriarty Law for £69k, as yet not received anything further since 25th August. Can you please advise the best course of action.
  6. Hi DX100uk,

I wonder if you could provide your thoughts and any advice would be appreciated, I have received 2 letters from Moriarty Law back on 25th August both Final demands before proceedings first for £61k plus costs 2nd for £28k plus costs.

Then 5th September another Final Demand for £877 plus costs.

I ignored all of these and on Saturday received a county court claim form only for the £877 plus costs.

Having read a lot of the threads you have been in discussions on I cannot see anyone that has received a county court claim, would I need to reply to this or continue to ignore, whilst the claim looks like a photocopy it does have a claim ref number.

    Look forward to your response.

  7. Hi, The court letter states ADCB as the claimant but all correspondence to go to Moriarty Law, I also got a letter from Moriarty Law stating I would be getting the county court letter but can still reply to them to come to an agreement. The county court claim is a photocopy and doesnt have the original court stamp so not sure if its real. Welcome any further advise on this but think I do need to respond at this stage?
  8. I hope this is ok for me to join, I have received 2 final demand letters from moriarty law 1 on 5th September for £1077inc costs and another for £69,480inc costs. I ignored them and heared nothing this weekend I received a county court claim from northampton county court for the £1077 claim. So far I have had no communication with ADCB or Moriarty Law, do I now need to provide the response as per the threads above suggest, I have 14days to respond and the letter was 19th November but arrived with me on saturday. Apologies if I should start a new post but think the relevance is exactly the same and I have just signed up so completely new
