The bill is actually for the initial consultation. I had so many tests, in/out patient procedures I wasn't keeping track. I did, however, check with AXA, before cancelling the policy, that everything was paid up.
Their take now is that as it hadn't been billed they are just passing it on.......I did know that my limit had been reached, bar £5.
Other than write a letter of objection, to the specialist's secretary, I guess I just have to pay ....within 30days??
