It seems like you and I are not the only ones of this [problem], I have seen 100s of posts around the internet about these guys. There are laws in the UK which prohibit this. The best thing we can do is start a group of people and take this to the trading standards office in the UK. I was told they will deal with it because this is fraud. There are so many other sites that have the same type of compaints about htis company.
