Hi Family Man, a woeful story of medical malpractice! Where did you get the information that the crown court will not allow medical research from outside of the NHS? It's a wonder that you have radiological opinions that differ from the original 'cancer diagnosis'. Usually, like Sali has said above, it's a 'circle the wagons mentality' and you don't get a 'differing of opinion' at all.
