did a survey online and it stated free gift, completed survey it asked for postage & package cost and the obviuos t&cs which we all tick, I paid the Postage costs, however on researching the company online last night they send the gift out as a trial not a gift and redeem more money at a later date, between £70 & £100, I contacted my bank to block any future payments to this company, which they have agreed to, I rang the company to complain and get my details off thier system and they have said I either have to pay for the product or send it back, I have stated I will send it back if they in turn send the postage costs to me. they have since sent me an email to state I was being fraudulent in not paying. email sent to me this morning in reply to my complaint. Since you appear to have blocked your card, we urge that you enter a valid credit card number , to where we can charge you the amount owed.
