GOOD NEWS We have just received the following email in reply to the contact enquiry we sent via their website the PCN has been cancelled and we did email to state this. Kind regards Jamie Saddington Complete Parking Services (CPSUK) Limited Now that we have confirmation that they have cancelled the PCN, I am trying to convince my brother to go after them for a breach of GDPR as they never had any cause to pursue him as the Registered Keeper. What are the groups thoughts on how best to pursue this? PS - I will be advising my brother to make a donation.

Thanks for Re-opening this thread. Following on from the Snotty Letter 2 1/2 years ago my brother has received absolutely nothing from these clowns. My brother moved house a few weeks ago and we have tried to notify the clowns at Complete Parking Services of his new address (Just in case they try anything before the 6 years is up) but letters are not replied to and in the past have come back as undeliverable by royal mail. I have even resorted to trying to call them or use their online web query form am getting no reply from them. Is there any more that I can do? I am trying to get my brother to send them a subject access request, just so when they don't reply we can issue a claim against them and set the ICO on the clowns.

One of the lads that works for me has come in this morning and is a bit concerned as a baliff has apparently turned up at his old house, chasing a debt of £409 he supposedly owes to Doncaster council. His former step dad still lives at this address so has passed the letter the baliffs left onto him, but has not given the baliffs his new address. What should he be doing about this supposed debt that he knows nothing about? Does he contact the baliff or can he go to the council to find out more? received_980492320026481.pdf

Likewise I have been unable to find any other mention online of these clowns issuing claims. They got as far as a Letter before claim with my brother, but the snotty letter treatment seems to have had the desired affect. I'm not sure how they ever hoped to win that one if they were stupid enough to go to court as the PCN was not POFA compliant and their case would have been about as water tight as the Titanic.

As I see it, there are several issues with that contract. Strike 1 - There is no mention of the company that have sent the PCN to you on that contract. As we have already established from Companies house Complete Parking Services Ltd were dissolved and the company that sent the PCN were Complete Parking Services (CPS UK) Ltd. CPS UK are not mentioned in the contract. Strike 2 - The postcode for the contract is different to that on the original PCN. So they have not produced a contract for the car park in question. Plenty of other stuff in that joke of a contract. I am sure the experts on here will have fun pulling it to pieces.

This is indeed the same car park that I posted about a couple of years ago. Back then the idiots were late in sending the original PCN out, so it was past the 14day limit under POFA to establish keeper liability. They also did a tonne of other stuff wrong. The signs were poor, there was no clear sign at the entrance, the PCN had a generic address of Spring Street Hull. I counted 7 car parks on that 1/4mile street! After we sent the snotty letter in reply to their letter before action, my brother never heard from them again. For those that can recall the Snotty Letter we sent, I am happy to report that he did get his trip with the family to Disney World this summer, but unfortunately he had to pay for it himself and not with a contribution from the Parking clowns. If its any help with this situation, I never did find any planning permissions and when sending correspondance to the London PO box address, letters always came back undeliverable. After contacting the idiots pretending to be interested in taking up their services for our works car park, I got the following local address for them. Complete Parking Services Ltd PO Box 728 Hessle HU13 3BL This is were we sent the snotty letter and we have never heard from them since.

For once it looks like a well written story has appeared in the news about Simple Simon getting a good hiding in court. ‘We could have paid but it became a moral fight’ – Sheffield vet takes on city parking firm and wins | The Star Its refreshing to see a journalist do some research and not just blindly call the parking charges "FINES".

An enquiry was emailed to them from a friends, works email asking for a postal address. I think they thought they had hooked another car park to con people in, so they replied pretty quickly with an address in Hull, as opposed to the London one that has appeared in their letters and at companies house.

Well after almost 2 months the snotty letter has landed back on my brothers doormat, with a Royal Mail notice of return to sender Addressee not known at this address. We sent the letter to the address on their letters and this matches the address they have registered with companies house. I have since found another address for them, which they are claiming is their correct one. Do I re-send the snotty letter to this new address or is it too late now?

Over the last few days I have done some research and found that there are actually 2 companies at play here. The paperwork states Complete Parking Service (CPSUK) Limited sometimes and Complete Parking Services at others. I have checked with companies house and these are seperate companies with different company registration numbers. If they were stupid enough to go to court would this help as its unclear which of the 2 companies should actually be claiming. I have also had a closer look at the pictures of the signs in the car park and notice that the T&C's have had a sticker over them at some stage to replace the original supposed Terms. Likewise the company details for (CPS UK) Limited seem to have been stuck on after the original signs were in place.

Looking at companies house they are a local company to here. Heck I drive past the directors house daily on my drive to work. Interestingly they have an address in London as their business address. That is a shame as if the address was the local one, I would have been tempted to hand deliver a letter as well as post one with a free proof of posting.
