  1. We have a Court Hearing date next Month; To the Defendant and any Co-Proprietor.. Judge will consider whether the Order should continue and be confirmed as Final Order A judgement or order given on 13 May 2014 by the County Court Business Centre.. £15420.18. I would appreciate guidance: Yes the debt collectors have been writing advising of the debt, we had an overdraft facility with one large bank in 2008 they requested repayment of the overdraft (when Banks having financial difficulty), the bank apparently passed the debt on to debt collectors, we had calls and letters from 3 debt collectors however none provided any proof that represented the bank, the latest debt collector provided a copy of our bank statements but this shows 0.00 balance; they pestered me but they were after my partner as she was first named on account; i advised she was in Canada for a few weeks (true), they advised they would delay Court process; they did not, I advised the Court of the fact but they asked I pass the papers on to her. I would appreciate any further guidance. Thank you. Sincerely
  2. Thanks Andy, I Last Serviced the Overdraft 26 Aug 2008. My partner (life and business) was first named on the account so her name is on the Court papers will we both get CCJ's? Will our business customers existing and new see the CCJ's? We also owe HMRC about £50K, I assume we should try to pay them first? Sincerely, Stanley
  3. ..managed to reduce debt provided I pay within 7 days.. However, I need to avoid CCJ, debt collector agreed.. CAN I TRUST THEM?
  4. ..about 4-5 years ago I had a business overdraft for 15K, got a letter from HSBC requesting I pay off the overdraft.. I could not do that as business was dropping off.. HSBC sent a few letters insisting on payment, I did not acknowledge them, after about a year a debt collector kept calling on phone after a while they gave-up, a couple of years ago think it was MKDP kept writing but I ignored them, now I have received N1CPC Claim Form (addressed from MKDP) with 14 days to respond. Suggestions please
