My CC company would've received my letter today detailing what happened. I was surprised there wasn't any forms to fill in, they just wanted me to list the time of events etc. I did quote the section 75 details, so hopefully that will aid my case - especially as they'll never hear from Litegadgets / AR Supplies.

After hearing all the horror stories about them taking additional payments, I have also put a block on AR Supplies and my C/C company are sending out the paperwork today under 'goods not received'. Should hopefully be cleared within 4-6 weeks. First time I've been caught out, but lesson learnt! If it looks too good, it isn't worth the risk! Reserved a console via Argos this morning!

I called my C/C company today and they informed me I can follow up 15-30 days after they said the refund would be actioned. Worrying now the website has vanished and there's only a 'bing' search page. I've got copies of correspondence and notifications of the refund e-mails, so hopefully that will support my case.

I received an e-mail today stating: "Due to a recent influx of orders on our site, we are currently behind schedule for the estimated delivery of goods. We can guarantee delivery of your order by Monday the 10th of March. If you feel this time frame is unacceptable you may cancel your order as per our terms and conditions. If you would like to cancel, please reply to this email. Please note refunds may take up to 7 working days to be applied to your card. " I requested a refund which they actioned straight away. I think I'll prefer to pay a little more via Amazon.

Fingers crossed but I'm not really worried at the minute. I'll give it the 7 day period but feel we'll get them within that time frame. if the e-mail support was coming from 'gmail' type accounts I'd start to get worried but even the tracking on the order page would be too advanced effort for a [EDIT] to waste time with.

I've spoken to them via the online chat support today and was told to expect delivery within 3-5 days after receiving the 'payment processed' message. Apparently the goods are sent via ParcelForce but they couldn't provide me with any tracking numbers.

I tried the number just now and it does ring through. No disconnected or those usual 'please hang up and try again' type messages.

Hi there, Funnily enough, I've tried to do some searching before I placed my order on Thursday, but only just now found this thread. Like yourself, I was quite dubious about the low price and how I'd never heard of them before. I did enquire about their company via the online chat and was told whoever was on the chat support had worked their for over 12 months, but the company has been there for 3 years. My order was placed on Thursday and I received an e-mail today (but found in my junk folder) stating 'processed and payment received' with tracking details to follow. It also states to allow 3-5 working days. I'll post again once I hear about the tracking details as I can understand your concern. This was at the footer of the e-mail "If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at support at litegadgets.com or by phone at 0330 001 0137." Hope that helps for now!
