I noticed your post regarding Csl issues and wondered if you could advise me.
We bought 2 and 3 seater sofas ar the beginning of September. They were delivered on 03/11. The same day we noticed a tear on the 3 seater. csl send someone to repair at home. He couldn't do it. Took the leather away for 10 days. We got around 150.00 compensation. Which was fine. The problem is that the leather was now way too lose and wrinkly. Our sofas look like 10 years old sofas. Not a month old. Everyone I know who saw the pictures was disgusted. It is really bad. Csl claims it's wear and tear (after one month for two seater and 14 days for the 3 seater!) and there's nothing wrong with my sofas.
We are concidering our next step and as I see you already went through all this so I was wondering if you could advise me. Did furniture ombudsmen help? Did you have to pay for their services?
I'm really sorry to bother you but I really need some help.
