I have a claim with Credit card company xxxxxxx, To reclaim Fees You submitted a claim on 19/11/2013 at 18:57:43 Your claim was issued on 20/11/2013 XXXXX notified the court of a change of address on 04/12/2013 XXXXX issued an acknowledgment of service on 04/12/2013 XXXXX issued a defence on 12/12/2013 XXXXX notified the court of a change of address on 12/12/2013 I have received nothing from the company, only the acknowledgment of service(Via the court). How long have they got, to give me a copy of the defence?

Best of luck, Had a letter from dla piper again today, asking me to close the case. Do they not understand im waiting for the cheque to totally clear

I know that, but surely there is some differnce between the 2!

Hopefully as good luck as me! I did mine to progressive credit limit, but dunno if it makes a differnce!

Im sure DLA Piper will be intouch, Aqua haven't said 1 word to me about it. I received a snotty letter from DLA piper today, asking me to close the case, but im reluctent till the cheque totally clears. Tempted to open another mcol, to coverl advice over there letters!

Just recieved a cheque for £244, ill see if it bounces, before i close the case!

The letter you received looks exactly the same as mine, if not word for word. Sav Credit still havent replied to the MCOL, They have another 7 days, i fear i might have to take out a judgement.

So Glad to find this post, ive just registered a claim with mcol too. for 12 month's worth of fee's Aqua responded to my letter with a final response, claiming its my fault for the £12 fee's because im paying the minimum payment. Hope you get it sorted!
